Just to name a few! These incredible chefs will be holding tastings to support small family farms like Spence in Fairbury, Illinois. Lucky for us, Husband's dad grew up in Fairbury and has some connections. Bah! I can't wait to eat this food!!!
I hope we can get some pictures with these guys and chat with them about their food secrets. Maybe I'll even try to name-drop Le Man and Wife....haha just kidding.
